I Hope It's Worth It

Somehow I thought that making a lemon meringue pie for Easter would be a good idea. I've made it before, but I guess I don't remember how much work goes into it. And seriously, how many dishes.

But it looks pretty.


Really pretty when it's set up for it's photo shoot...


But honestly, I'm posting this to delay the inevitable task. Back to work.
